In the heart of the Languedoc, an hour west of Montpellier, only 40 minutes from uncrowded Mediterranean beaches. Perfect for day trips to Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, and the Camargue. Village of Cabrières (winery and simple shopping) 5 minutes away.

Upstairs, the house has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a bathroom (with shower), and separate WC. Downstairs, a living room with a large stone fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect location for hiking in the hills, making day trips to beaches (40 minutes),
visiting nearby vineyards for wine tasting, and exploring outdoor markets and
the charming Mediterranean and historic Languedocian towns of Sète, Agde, Béziers, and Pézenas.
Close to tennis (5 minutes), horseback riding, canoeing, swimming, and sailing (15 minutes to Lake Salagou, below right),
and hang gliding (off Peak Visou, below left).

Frequent air service to Montpellier from Paris; daily service from London.
